Clear Lake Brewing Co. is looking for a Junior Brewer to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to learn the craft of brewing while working in a fun, hands-on environment in the heart of Muskoka. 🔨 About the Role:
As a Junior Brewer, you’ll assist with all aspects of the brewing process, including:
🍺 Brewing Operations – Help with mashing, lautering, boiling, cooling, and fermentation.
🧼 Cleaning & Sanitizing – Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for brewing equipment.
📊 Fermentation Monitoring – Take gravity readings and perform quality control checks.
📦 Packaging – Assist with kegging, bottling, and canning to ensure top-quality beer.
📋 Inventory Management – Track raw materials like malt, hops, yeast, and packaging supplies.
🔬 Quality Control – Perform regular checks to maintain beer consistency and troubleshoot issues.
🤝 Collaboration – Work with the Head Brewer and team to support recipe development and process improvements.
⚠️ Safety – Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials.

💰 Compensation: $20–$27/hour, based on experience
