BeerSpa Visitor Waiver

Any litigation, suit, action, or legal claim brought against the SPA arising from or connected to the Spa Facility must be brought solely within the Province of Ontario and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
